How we work
Paving does not usually need replacing, it needs cleaning properly. We lift algae, black spot and moss off porcelain, sandstone, concrete and block paving, then deal with the joints, because a clean patio with washed out sand is halfway to a loose one.
Block paved driveways are resanded with kiln dried sand after washing so the blocks lock back together. On sandstone and porcelain we repoint anything that has blown out rather than brushing over it, and we can seal afterwards if you want the colour lifted and the surface easier to keep.
Because we build patios and driveways as well, we will tell you honestly when cleaning will not fix it. If the sub-base has failed or the falls are wrong, a jetwash only buys a season.

FAQs
Patio and driveway cleaning questions we get asked
How much does patio cleaning cost?
Pressure washing is £60 per hour including VAT. A typical patio or single driveway is a half day. Resanding and sealing are quoted separately by area once we know the material and its condition.
Will jetwashing damage my paving?
Not when it is done at the right pressure for the material. Porcelain and block paving take a jetwash well, softer sandstone and old concrete need a lighter touch, and we resand or repoint joints afterwards so nothing is left loose.
Do you seal patios after cleaning?
We can. Sealing lifts the colour and makes the surface easier to keep clean, and it works best on sandstone, limestone and concrete. Porcelain rarely needs it.
Can you clean a driveway as well as the patio?
Yes, and doing both on the same visit is cheaper than two separate ones. Block paved driveways are resanded with kiln dried sand once they are dry.
Which areas do you cover for pressure washing?
Esher, Thames Ditton, Claygate, Surbiton, Kingston, Hampton, Teddington, Richmond, Wimbledon, Cobham and the surrounding area, all within about five miles of our yard.
