Victorian and Edwardian terraces across St Margarets and the streets behind the town centre, interwar semis further out towards Whitton, and larger period houses on the roads nearest the river. Rear gardens are usually long and narrow, so the brief is nearly always to break the length up rather than to fill it.
Terraced properties usually have a side passage under a metre wide or none at all, so we plan the board-and-carry route through the house. Controlled parking across much of TW1 means deliveries are booked into a slot.
Richmond upon Thames Council skip permits are arranged for anything standing on the public highway. Around the stadium we plan deliveries around the fixture list, so match days do not disrupt the schedule.
