A village setting between Cobham and Leatherhead, with period cottages around the centre, post-war semis and bungalows on the streets off the main road, and detached houses on the larger plots to the south. Gardens here are usually a good size and level.
Most properties have a driveway or a side return wide enough for plant and materials to reach the rear, which keeps the groundworks moving. The period cottages nearer the centre need a barrow route, which we plan on the first visit.
